These terms cover your use of the JobTwin website and waiting list. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. We may update these terms and will give notice of any material changes.
3. Eligibility
The waiting list is for people aged 18 or over.
4. About JobTwin
JobTwin is not live yet. Content on the site, including the example profiles, job twins and jobs, is illustrative only.
JobTwin offers insights to help you think about work that suits you. It is not professional careers, financial or medical advice, and joining the waiting list doesn't guarantee access, a job or any outcome.
5. Our intellectual property
The site's content, design, code and the JobTwin name and logo belong to or are licensed to Hypergility Innovations Ltd. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission. We may use any feedback you give us freely.
6. Acceptable use
When using the site, you must not:
- break the law
- try to access systems you're not authorised to use
- disrupt the site
- submit false information or someone else's details
- upload anything harmful
7. Third-party links and services
We're not responsible for third-party websites or services linked to from this site.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or anything else that can't legally be limited.
